Visiting Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology
WILLIAMS COLLEGE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY invites applications for a one- to two-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in Clinical Psychology, beginning July 1, 2017. Applications are welcome in all areas of specialization within clinical psychology. The teaching load for each year would likely be a survey course on Psychological Disorders, the Clinical Psychology section of a team-taught Introductory Psychology course, and an upper-level research seminar in the candidate’s area of interest with an accompanying lab. We provide mentoring in teaching and research for visiting faculty, as well as research facilities and support for conducting research. We are particularly interested in attracting and welcoming candidates from under-represented groups, and hiring candidates who can work effectively with students from broadly diverse backgrounds.
