When Will I Hear Back?

The application review process involves many steps. Job openings are usually posted for several weeks, after which the Search Committee begins its review and selects the candidates who will be invited to the phone interview stage. This is done in partnership with our recruitment staff and our Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Due to the volume of applications, applicants who are not selected to move forward may not be notified until the search is completed. It is not unusual for this entire process to take multiple months. We know it can seem like forever, but trust that we value your application and will be in touch as soon as possible!

If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Human Resources at [email protected] or 413.597.2681.

If you require an accommodation to complete the application or interview process, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
